We strive to ship all product orders within 1 to 2 business days. When a reading or healing service is purchased, you will be emailed with the date your reading/service is scheduled. If your purchase includes a custom order, you will be emailed with the date of expected shipment.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes. Gift Certificates are offered in our online store in the amounts of $25, $50, $75, or $100 and do not expire.
I do not like the smell of my product. Can I return it?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our candles or personal care products. These items are handmade for specific purposes. If a scent does not suit you, we recommend gifting the item to a family member, friend, or coworker who may be in need of the spiritual gifts the product provides.
My product arrived damaged! What should I do?
If your product is damaged in transit, you may receive a replacement. Please take a picture of the damaged product and attach it in an email to us within 5 days of receiving your package.
My jewelry item broke! What should I do?
If your bracelet, mala necklace, or keychain breaks, your item can be restrung/repaired for a $10 fee. Please contact us for an invoice for the return fee which includes shipment back to you after the repair. You are responsible for the cost of mailing all the components of the item for repair. Since the majority of our items are one-of-a-kind, if you lose one of the components, we may not have an exact replacement so a similar component may be used in your repair.
Where are your products sourced from?
The scents in our candles and personal care products do not contain MLM essential oils and are ethically sourced. We strive to use ethically mined crystals and vegan ingredients in our coconut wax candles and personal care products. If you require a specific ingredient list for any of our personal care products, please contact us.
